As you know the big fight for public health funding will be next year. Make sure you are prepared by taking these two simple steps:
 Become an advocate. Enroll in the Washington State Public Health Association, and you will be alerted when issues of Public Health significance require your voice to be heard by legislators. You can enroll here. Please use your personal e-mail address when registering, so that these communications are clearly separate from your work responsibilities.
This is your advocacy organization. Help build it into an effective voice for a new paradigm in health care.
