Six point plan with Union input

This was Local 17's response to the County. They have not yet agreed to, or responded back to our proposals or the issues we have raised.

We didn't even get all the way through the document at our last meeting, but we have all put a lot of thought and hard work into analyzing the issues, developing questions, and making proposals on behalf of all of our members in the County.

The union members participating in this process have put in their personal time and energy and I thank them. We'll talk more about this at the Chapter meeting. Read the plan. >
