Clark County Chapter Meeting Minutes

A chapter union meeting took place 12/13/2007 at 12:00 noon in room 678 of the Public Service Building.

The meeting was an elections vote for chapter officers. There were 22 members in attendance. There was a quorum, so the election was held.

Nominations were:

Secretary – Rick Weberg

Treasurer – Robin Fononti

REC Delegate – Rick Weberg

Vice President – Pam Mason

President – Mark Rauchenstein

There was a motion to cast a white ballot. The motion was seconded, and passed. All who were nominated were elected.

Additionally, a motion was made regarding an allowance for food purchases of up to $100 for future meetings, when appropriate. M/S, passed.
